The Morning Show terms & conditions - gift card promotion

• To be eligible for a gift card you must purchase combined hospital and extras cover through iSelect over the phone or online before 8:00pm Friday 30 July 2010.
• If you have purchased health insurance with iSelect before 30 April 2010 you are not eligible to receive this gift card.
• To be eligible for a gift card you must mention the word 'select' when purchasing through iSelect's contact centre or if you purchase via iSelect's website you must send an email to info@iselect.com.au stating the word 'select' together with your contact details.
• If you purchase a qualifying combined hospital and extras cover, you are then eligible for a $50 Gift Card from the Coles Myer Group.
• Gift cards will be allocated only if combined hospital and extras cover is purchased, please call 13 19 20 to confirm your qualification.
• The offer does not apply to ancillary or extras policies purchased as stand alone policies.
• The offer does not apply to hospital policies purchased as stand alone policies.
• All cards are issued via registered post and no replacement cards will be sent, and can take up to 60 days to deliver.
• Customers who cancel or cancel and repurchase their policy within 30 days of purchase will be ineligible.
• Purchasers of Overseas Visitors Cover are ineligible.
• The offer is only available to Australian residents and is not redeemable for cash.
• iSelect reserves the right to cancel or modify the offer without notice.
• Normal waiting periods on policies apply.
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer provided by iSelect.
• Customers must make their first payment of premium on their health insurance policy within 30 days of iSelect referring the customer to the relevant fund.
• iSelect employees are ineligible to receive the gift card.
