To be eligible for a $50 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card you must be accepted by the relevant insurer and have purchased the life insurance policy with a minimum value of $500 from iSelect between Monday 1 March 2010 and 8.00pm Wednesday 30 June 2010.
To be eligible for a Gift Card you must mention the word 'life' when purchasing through iSelect's contact centre.
All cards are issued via registered post and no replacement cards will be sent, and can take up to 60 days to deliver.
The offer is not open to existing iSelect customers who cancel and repurchase during the offer period.
The offer is only available to Australian residents and is not redeemable for cash.
iSelect reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer without notice.

Customers must make their first payment of premium on their life insurance policy within 30 days of completion of their insurance.
