Orientation
Upon joining iSelect, your orientation begins with a company induction day – including a business overview from a senior executive, followed by a series of interactive sessions to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed.
Each business then holds an intensive team orientation and training process to ensure you can achieve maximum productivity in the shortest time possible.
We then work with you to establish a 100-day plan to ensure you have clear objectives, during which our dedicated Human Resources team are available to coach and support you along the way.
Developing your career
Our core philosophy is that learning occurs in many different ways;- - 70% comes from learning on the job
- - 20% comes from coaching
- - 10% comes from formal training
Every team leader and manager at iSelect has the responsibility to development their staff. We also maintain a robust ‘talent identification and development framework’ which helps us identify high potential talent and provide accelerated opportunities for development and progression.
